GUEST SPEAKER AGREEMENT

BUILT TO LEAD: The No-BS Series for Women Running the Future of Law
Presented by She Leads the Law & My Legal Academy

She Leads the Law/My Legal Academy desires to electronically record and distribute the speaker’s interview as part of Built to Lead, a podcast, video, and social media series featuring powerhouse women in law.

By signing below, the Guest/Speaker agrees to the following:

1. Rights & Usage
Guest/Speaker grants She Leads the Law & My Legal Academy the right to use their name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, and professional designation in connection with the recording, distribution, promotion, and marketing of the series.

Guest/Speaker acknowledges that She Leads the Law/My Legal Academy has no obligation to use the recording but retains full rights to do so at its discretion.

2. Ownership & Distribution
Guest/Speaker grants She Leads the Law/My Legal Academy the unconditional and irrevocable right to:
Reproduce, edit, and distribute the recording in any format.
Use the recording for educational, promotional, and commercial purposes.
Publish the content across platforms, including but not limited to, social media, YouTube, podcasts, and email campaigns.

3. Access to the Recording
Guest/Speaker may request a copy of their recording in electronic format for personal use and distribution.

4. Promotion & Engagement
Guest/Speaker agrees to support the series promotion by:
Sending one (1) solo email to their email list during the agreed-upon promotional period.
Sharing the series on social media platforms at least once.

(This ensures maximum visibility and impact for all featured speakers.)

5. Speaker Offers
Guest/Speaker is permitted to make a free offer (e.g., a resource, guide, or opt-in) during their episode. No direct sales pitches are allowed.

6. Speaker Representation & Legal Compliance
Guest/Speaker confirms they:
Have full authority to participate and share the content provided.
Will not infringe on any third-party rights or disclose confidential client information.
Understand that She Leads the Law/My Legal Academy may seek legal remedies in case of a breach.

7. Indemnification
Guest/Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless She Leads the Law & My Legal Academy from any legal claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from their participation in the series.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and State of Coloradi and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments must be in writing.
